One of the most beautiful gardens in Italy is located in Venice. It is the famous Borges labyrinth, which this year is one of the 10 candidates for the 2019 version of this important competition.
This small garden is located in the San Giorgio Maggiore island, next to the famous Andrea Paladio’s Basilica, one of the oldest monasteries in Venice.

The Garden was inaugurated in 2011 during the 25th death anniversary of of the Argentine writer, who deeply loved Venice, and it can be visited every day of the week, but only with a guided tour.
